Disney World is seriously adding Donald Trump to one of its attractions
Disney World is the most magical place on earth. This is pretty much a fact.
Though now there's going to be a new attraction dedicated to Donald Trump, and it's safe to say it isn't going down very well.
The
Hall of Presidents opened when the Florida park did back in 1971, so
it's not solely about the current US president. He'll just be slotting
into the next spot.
It's
not a terrifying rollercoaster, either. It's actually a sit-down
presentation show featuring audio versions of presidents making speeches
as you go through.
Disney revealed on its blog that President Trump will have a speaking role in the attraction, something that had been reported as not happening.
"Despite
some media reports to the contrary, President Trump will have a
speaking role in The Hall of Presidents, like every president since
1993," the studio said.
"We
have been working closely with the current White House — just as we
have with previous administrations — and the president's recording
session has been scheduled."
As
well as a new face in the lineup, the attraction is getting an overhaul
in time for its reopening later in the year, with a new show and a
complete theatre upgrade including a new sound system, lighting and HD
projection system.
